Populate Entry Lists Protocol.

This provisional entry list contains names of pilots sorted by date of application. In other words, first come first served. In addition, precedence on the list will be given to those pilots who have paid a deposit of £50 to secure a place in the competition. (See our terms and conditions .) The balance for the total fee will become due by 9th May 2010. After this closing date, the provisional entry list becomes the final entry list.

Those who have not paid the balance by the closing date will be bumped down to the bottom of the reserve list. Those at the top of the reserve list will be invited onto the final entry list as and when spaces become available. There will be a maximum entry of 50 gliders.
