Please read all of this before downloading the entry form.

The entry form is downloaded as an interactive pdf document. The form should open up within a new window and you can then type the information directly into it. If the form does not appear it may be because you do not have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Acrobat Reader can be downloaded for free from this link: Adobe Acrobat Reader

Once the form has been opened, if you don’t have the time to finish completing it (perhaps you need time to gather the information) then simply save the form to your desktop  (don’t change the filename) and then open it from your desktop again later, when you will find that any information that you have already typed is still there! You can then finish the form. When you’re ready, just hit the submit button (at the bottom of the form) to send the form to me electronically. (Ah, the wonders of technology!) After submitting, the form willl be given to your e-mail client (program e.g. Outlook, Internet e-mail etc.) as an e-mail attachment, which you should then ensure is sent from your e-mail folder. Click the back button on your browser to return to the the comp website. I will endeavour to send you a reply within a few days, acknowledging your submission.

You can now use this link to download the entry form.

Entry numbers are limited, so apply early. Submission of the entry form alone does not secure your place. A payment of the non-refundable £50.00 deposit will secure your place (if places are left; and we must have your submitted form as well) pending payment of the final balance.

All payments can be arranged by contacting the office on 01858 880521. See below for details of our prices, our terms, and our refunds policy.

We really look forward to seeing you at The Gliding Centre.

Director.

 The Small Print.......

By submitting the application you agree to become a temporary member of The Gliding Centre during the period of the competition and you agree to abide by the club rules, a copy of which is available on request.

Payment (book early and save money!)
A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is payable to secure a place in the competition and the balance of £145.00 (non-full club members), or £125.00 (full club members) will become due by 9th May 2010. The total competition entry fee is £195.00 (non-full club members), or £175.00 (full club members), which includes the BGA levy. The fee for all late entries (after end of business on 9th May 2010), without exception, will be £200.00. Please contact the office directly to make your payment - Tel: 01858 880521

Refunds Policy.
The balance of the entry fee is refundable in full up to 4 weeks prior to the start of the competition. Thereafter, the balance will only be refunded if we are able to secure a replacement (replacement entries are subject to the late entry fee), and will not be refunded at all if the withdrawal is less than one week before the competition. Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed by the club committee.
